For forwarded tips, ads, and posts about money

Check the claim before you trust the message.

NIRNAY separates financial content into individual claims, looks for sources, and shows what the evidence can — and cannot — establish.

  • Every source shown with its website, date, and an excerpt
  • AI-assisted assessments are clearly labelled
  • Uncertainty and next checks are shown, not hidden

How it works

How NIRNAY checks content

  1. Step 1

    Separate the claims

Obvious personal details are redacted on the server first. An AI model then splits the text into individual factual, financial, or promotional claims.

  2. Step 2

    Find sources

Each claim is searched on its own. Up to three sources are ranked by source type, relevance, and date.

  3. Step 3

    Assess against evidence

An AI model compares each claim only with its retrieved sources and must cite them. Search snippets alone cannot support or contradict a claim.

  4. Step 4

    Flag pressure language

Fixed rules highlight wording such as guaranteed returns or urgency. These are warning signs, not proof of fraud.

Your privacy

  • No account and no saved history. NIRNAY does not store the text or images you submit; they are processed for this request only.
  • Obvious identifiers in text, such as email addresses, Indian phone numbers, PAN, and Aadhaar numbers, are redacted on the server before analysis.
  • Images cannot be redacted before text recognition. Avoid uploading screenshots that contain sensitive details.
  • With your consent, redacted text, extracted claims, and retrieved evidence are sent to external AI and search providers, under their own handling policies.

Responsible use

  • NIRNAY is an information tool, not a financial adviser. It does not recommend investments, products, or actions, and it does not predict returns.
  • Results can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm important claims with the original source or the relevant regulator before acting.
  • “Unverified” means the evidence found did not establish a claim. It does not mean the claim is false.
